Congratulations to Erin & Amy on reaching the final of this year's Great Rooskey Bake Off. Erin made a delicious lemon drizzle cake and shortbread biscuits while Amy created a fabulous rainbow cake.
The judges had an extremely difficult task in choosing a winner - so difficult, they decided to award the girls joint 1st place. The success criteria for the judges was based on technical difficulty, organisation and preparation, presentation, texture and above all, taste! Both girls exceeded the expectations of the judges in all of these areas.
We really are so proud of the effort everyone has put in to the Bake Off, in particular our two very worthy winners. Well done Amy & Erin👏🏼🏆
